Paul Jones is the General Manager for the Transit, Motorcoach, Government, Utilities, and Services industries at DriveCam Inc. He leads the team in the delivery of driver behavior management services to the global clientele. In this role, he is responsible for all facets of DriveCam's managed services offering, including: business development, staff training, service quality, customer support and development of best practices.
Mr. Jones has over 20 years experience in information technology and previously managed strategic alliances, professional services and customer support at Peregrine Systems (now HP). While at Peregrine he directed various corporate initiatives to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. Prior to that, he held management positions with Airborne Express and Univar.
