Ronald J. Scioscia
CFO
Ronald J. Scioscia is the chief financial officer for DriveCam Inc. Mr. Scioscia is responsible for finance, information technology and operations at the company.
Mr. Scioscia has more than 35 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining DriveCam, Mr. Scioscia was the COO/CFO at Aeronex Inc., a company that designs, manufactures and markets gas purification solutions to the semiconductor industry. While with Aeronex, he reorganized the company to increase sales and reduce expenses and successfully sold Aeronex to a larger NASDAQ company. During his career, Mr. Scioscia has held the titles of CFO and corporate controller at seven public and private companies with revenues ranging from $9 million to $1 billion. His experience also includes work with many companies in the areas of venture capital funding, financial management and controls, debt acquisition, SEC reporting and M&A activities.
Mr. Scioscia majored in accounting, and holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
