DriveCam Migrates In New Driver Risk Management Solutions
DriveCam now offers two new solutions to complement the already successful launch of DriveCam Managed Services. These new solutions, a new Web interface for coaching and a new cellular event recorder, along with DriveCam Managed Services, now increase a company’s ability to manage risky driving behavior better than ever before.
The DriveCam Managed Services program takes care of all of the day-to-day Driver Risk Management program details for the company so managers can focus on coaching drivers and reducing the number of risky events. Our new Web interface, in combination with HindSight 20/20 version 5.4 or higher, allows the flexibility to view event clips online anywhere, anytime so drivers can be coached soon after an event occurs. Finally, by combining DriveCam Managed Services and the new cellular event recorder, fleets no longer need to come home each night to download their events – providing a completely "hands-free" program!
Product migration is not necessary, but fleets choosing to continue with the previous hardware solution, the second generation video event recorder, should be advised that the supply of these event recorders is running low. Please make sure to place an order before the end of the year while supplies last. Although DriveCam will soon halt the shipping of past generation event recorders, the company will continue to support them along with the HindSight 20/20 4.0 software.
DriveCam will honor current second generation event recorder pricing for any existing clients or a valid, current quote through December 31, 2007. However, beginning January 1, 2008 event recorder prices will increase. Companies are encouraged to plan ahead and place an order now. This will help ensure that they get the video event recorders needed at the current pricing.
DriveCam encourages fleets to take a look at the new services mentioned above and consider migrating from the second generation video event recorder / HindSight 20/20 4.0 to the advanced third generation video event recorder with HindSight 20/20 version 5.4.
