David Riordan, Client Services

David Riordan is vice president, client services. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring an unparalleled client experience – from implementation to deployment and ongoing program management.

Mr. Riordan joins DriveCam from Arrival Communications, which he founded 10 years ago. As COO, he created a reputation for outstanding service by understanding what his customers valued and building a business based on this premise. He spent his last 18 months at Arrival Communications working with TelePacific Communications (who acquired the company) building its account management and churn analysis, prediction and reduction capabilities.

Prior to Arrival, Mr. Riordan was a strategic management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting where he specialized in change and implementation management for telecom, insurance and energy companies. He received a B.S. in electrical engineering from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
