Bill Ruff, Finance

Bill Ruff is vice president of finance and treasurer. In this role, he is responsible for DriveCam’s finance, accounting, treasury, legal and human resources matters.

Mr. Ruff has nearly two decades of experience leading financial management and corporate finance matters for companies in the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining DriveCam in 2006, Mr. Ruff worked with rapidly growing communications, technology and subscription-based businesses on takeover, turnaround and strategic initiatives. As an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) and Daiwa Securities, Mr. Ruff advised global telecom and other clients on a wide variety of corporate finance and capital markets transactions. His responsibilities and duties have included SEC and financial reporting, equity and debt capital raisings, and financial planning and analysis for companies in rapidly transforming markets.

Mr. Ruff received a B.A. in History from Haverford College and an M.B.A. in accounting, finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago
