Serving as a direct point of contact for DriveCam clients, the Internal Client Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned DriveCam Clients. Primary interface with clients on a day-to-day basis to assure our clients’ expectations are met or exceeded. This position plays a crucial role in the overall success of the DriveCam Program by ensuring our relationship with our clients is optimized and assisting our clients to identify, isolate and better understand the causes of risky driving behavior in their fleets.
- Manage client account activities including customer roll-out planning and program setup
- Development and management of assigned client relationships
- Work closely with Installation/Customer Service and Operations to insure the timely completion of event review, report generation and delivery and shipment of product to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve the client experience including managing client data and program performance
- Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives to our clients and internal support
- Coordinate with the internal Operations team members to ensure the timely, accurate and profitable delivery of managed services
- Assist in managing or leading special projects associated with DriveCam Managed Services and assigned clients
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Strong sales drive and customer focus.
- Aptitude for numbers and expert skills with Excel, Access, and presentation of financial data for executive summary.
- Highly developed organizational skills using Outlook effectively and managing files, customer and product information in a concise manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in a sales support or administration role in an fast-paced, commercial products or services environment
- MBA highly desired
